Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 29, 2026

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") explains the terms governing cancellations, refunds, and order-related issues for certification exam vouchers purchased through CertiZon, operated by Eureka Learnings FZE.

By purchasing a certification voucher through our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

2. Nature of Our Products

CertiZon exclusively sells digital certification exam vouchers.

As our products are delivered electronically and cannot ordinarily be returned once issued, they are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all order details before completing a purchase.

3. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Requests to cancel due to a change of mind will not be accepted.
  • Cancellation requests submitted after voucher issuance cannot be accommodated.

If an order has not yet been processed, customers may contact our support team immediately. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not available except in the following circumstances:

A. Duplicate Payment

If a customer accidentally makes multiple payments for the same order, CertiZon will verify the transaction and process a refund for the duplicate payment where appropriate.

B. Payment Received but Voucher Not Issued

If payment has been successfully received but CertiZon is unable to issue the purchased voucher due to reasons within our control or because the voucher cannot be supplied, the customer will be eligible for a full refund.

C. Technical Errors

Refunds may be approved where a technical issue caused by CertiZon prevents successful completion or fulfillment of the order and the issue cannot reasonably be resolved.

D. Order Cannot Be Fulfilled

If the requested certification voucher becomes unavailable or cannot be supplied, and no suitable alternative is agreed upon by the customer, a refund may be issued.

5. Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Issued

Refunds will generally not be provided in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect certification selected by the customer.
  • Incorrect email address or personal information provided after voucher issuance.
  • Failure to review certification eligibility requirements.
  • Failure to schedule the examination.
  • Failure to attend the scheduled examination.
  • Failure to pass the examination.
  • Expired vouchers resulting from customer inaction.
  • Delays caused by Certification Providers or circumstances beyond CertiZon's reasonable control after voucher issuance.

6. Incorrect Information Provided by the Customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during checkout is accurate.

If incorrect information is submitted, including:

  • Email address
  • Certification selection
  • Candidate name (where applicable)
  • Other order details

Customers should immediately contact CertiZon through phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Where possible and before voucher issuance, CertiZon will make reasonable efforts to update the information. However, once processing has begun or a voucher has been issued, changes may not be possible.

7. Refund Process

To request a refund under this Policy, customers should contact CertiZon with:

  • Order number
  • Payment reference
  • Full name
  • Registered email address
  • Description of the issue
  • Any supporting documentation, if applicable

Each request will be reviewed individually. Approval of a refund is subject to verification of the claim and compliance with this Policy.

8. Refund Method

Approved refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Where this is not possible, an alternative refund method may be agreed upon in accordance with applicable laws and payment processor requirements.

9. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days.

Actual crediting timelines may vary depending on:

  • The customer's bank;
  • The payment processor;
  • Card issuer processing times; or
  • Applicable financial institution procedures.

10. Fraud Prevention

CertiZon reserves the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of:

  • Fraud;
  • Payment disputes made in bad faith;
  • Misrepresentation;
  • Unauthorized transactions initiated by the customer;
  • Abuse of this Refund Policy.

Where fraudulent activity is suspected, CertiZon may suspend orders, refuse future transactions, or take other appropriate action.

11. Certification Provider Policies

Certification Providers maintain their own policies relating to:

  • Examination scheduling;
  • Voucher validity;
  • Voucher redemption;
  • Exam rescheduling;
  • Candidate eligibility;
  • Certification requirements.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable Certification Provider's policies before purchasing a voucher.
